No, you can place an order with us with or without an account. However, you may want to create an account with us as there are additional perks for account holders such as:

- Every Account Creation awards you 100 Points

- Points can only be redeemed and rewarded by account holders

- Faster Checkout process

- Easily view your order status and history

- Get notification on new product releases as well as special promotions

Upon registration, if you keyed in the wrong email address, be sure to write to us to let us know about it. We will then be able to change your email address, name and address. However, if the email is wrong in the order process, we won't be able to change it. We will however be able to provide you with information such as the tracking number after a series of verification is completed. 

All transactions done on Kayvar.com are based on the currency you see on our website. Kayvar.com automatically selects the currency based on your location and you'll have the option of checking out in the same currency as well. There are exchange rates, services & fees that may applicable and is charged by your bank/ credit card issuer that processes the transaction. Please note that the exchange rate is something Kayvar.com does not have control over.

We accept all major credit cards ( VISA, Mastercard, AMEX ) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal cheques, money order, direct bank transfers, debit cards and cash on delivery. 

Kayvar.com is is built on a highly secured network approved by international SSL certificates. When a purchase is made online, your credit card or payment information is SSL-encrypted and then sent directly to the chosen payment gateways. The payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal then processes, authorizes and approves the payment.

Kayvar.com reserves all rights to accept or decline any orders, or any portion thereof in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. In the event that the credit card has been authorized for the purchase but an order has to be cancelled on our end, a full refund will be issued back to the customer's mode of payment e.g. Credit Card or PayPal

Any cancellations request made after an order has been placed will be subject to a USD 0.50 cancellation fee. This is because the payment processors have already levied us the administrative charge upon the completion of the order.

Do note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped by us cannot be cancelled.

Kayvar.com has been designed in English and your shipping address should be in English as well. All the alphabets including the punctuations and hyphens should be included in the shipping address wherever applicable. Should your address contain non-english letters, you are advised to use similar alphabets instead. Please take note that your full address is required.

Kayvar.com & our logistic partners will not be responsible for items that have been delivered to the wrong addresses if the checkout address is deemed to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Your shipping address that was keyed in during your checkout cannot be edited after an order has been processed or shipped. Please be certain to use the correct address before checking out.

The delivery time is largely based on the shipping option that you have chosen during checkout. For standard delivery, the delivery time can be anywhere from 9-17 working days. On very rare and extreme scenarios, the delivery time can be beyond that. On such cases, our customer service team will be sure to keep you updated of it. 

Tracking information is provided via email as soon as an order has been processed and shipped. Order processing takes about 1-2 days on our end. You can find out more about how you can track your orders here.

Promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with items on promotions unless stated otherwise. Information may or may not be stated on the product page.

Orders will be processed in 3-4 working days after the payment has been cleared and should be shipped the next day after the processing day.

Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global manufacturers so our products usually take between 9-17 working days to arrive. There are extremely rare conditions and circumstances that they take longer than that. Delivery on all items are included in the checkout price. As we do not like our dear customers to be waiting eagerly for your items, do not be alarmed if you don't receive all items in a large order at once in your mailbox or doorstep as we send each item as and when it arrives.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged and levied by your local customs once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination and it is something that Kayvar.com has no control over.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us at Kayvar.com. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Free Shipping is available for all Singapore orders above $35 SGD (after promo codes & discounts). Orders below $35 SGD will incur shipping fees that are approximately $8.00 SGD depending on the parcel's weight.

Free Shipping on all worldwide orders start from $45 USD (or the equivalent in your currency) on your shopping cart's checkout value (after promo codes & discounts). Orders below $45 USD will incur shipping fees that are approximately $9.99 USD depending on the parcel's weight.

For returns that are due to Kayvar.com's fault, e.g. wrong order sent, wrong color, missing quantity etc, we will bear the shipping cost. For other returns, the shipping and other miscellaneous fees should be borne by the customer.

We're very sorry if the items you received are defective/ incorrect/ damaged and we'll be glad to take it back. We've written a detailed guide about our Returns & Replacement guidelines here

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. Our customer service team will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees. 

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
