Because sometimes, we know you just need more time. We understand that sometimes 14 or 30 days goes by too quickly. So we have extended our return period to 60 days. If you do not receive your order with us at kayvar.com within the estimated delivery date, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will check with the courier company and if the tracking number of the order is declared lost, we will re-ship your order, no questions asked.
