Your original order value will be refunded 200%, the brand manufacturer will be contacted and all associated products will be taken off the store as we take a very serious view on this.

Once the orders have been dispatched, you will be able to track your orders on our tracking page. Sometimes, it may take 1 day for the tracking information to be reflected on our chosen courier's servers. Therefore don't be alarmed when the issued tracking number in the email does not show any data when you are tracking it from tracking page.
If a shipment's transit time has surpassed 60 days from the time of dispatch and you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our tier 2 support team and refund your money, no questions asked.

Free Shipping is available for all Singapore orders above $35 SGD (after promo codes & discounts). Orders below $35 SGD will incur shipping fees that are approximately S$8.00 depending on the parcel's weight. The final shipping fees will be calculated and presented at checkout.
Free shipping on all worldwide orders start from $45 USD (or the equivalent in your currency) on your shopping cart's checkout value (after promo codes & discounts) and delivery usually takes anywhere from 7-21 working days after we process your order.
If the shopping cart's value is below $45 USD (or the equivalent in your currency), a shipping fee of $9.99 USD will be applicable for the order.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your submitted address, most orders will be delivered to you by your local post service, so the package will be received together with your regular mail. There will be no strictly no re-shipping arrangement made in incidents where parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability of the end consignee.
